Thanks to everyone who came on today’s ride.  Up to Petts Wood and Chislehurst via the woods, a couple of fields and we found ourselves in Footscray Meadows and a surprise tea and cake stop in someone’s back garden.  Then on towards Orpington and Green Street Green, before setting off to Halstead.  Having decided not to stop for a drink in Halstead we then found ourselve sheltering under a tree from the downpour around 1.30pm.  Onwards then to The Tally Ho at Knockholt where we enjoyed our lunch in the sunshine, before setting off back to the Norman Park.  Lovely to see some new faces and look forward to seeing you on future rides.
