This past weekend saw the HPV World Championships held here in the UK.  BCR Bikes and Bromley Cyclists took the opportunity to have a camping weekend in Deal to see the action.

With plenty of ‘special’ machines on show it was geek heaven, Steve Watkin and Nev were ‘kids in a candy store’ drooling over the technical wizardry of the fastest cycles around.

The racing on Saturday was hindered by the high winds which obviously affected the top speeds although the weather was dry and warm when the winds dropped which helped to keep the spectators happy.
