What a magnificent turn out for Bromley Cyclists first Quiz Night.  80 people in all met at the Liberal Club in Orpington for what was truly a very enjoyable and successful evening.

10 teams in all contested the 1st prize, while our Quizmaster Mr. Steve (Sticky) Bunn called out the 80 questions and just when we thought it was all over there was the picture round.  Well done Steve.

Thank you to everyone who supported us and made this evening such a resounding success.   Your generosity in the raffle added well over £200 to our evening and thanks must go the lady who won the bicycle, but who then put it up for auction, which raised a further £110.  Thanks to Steve Watkin for preparing and sorting out the bike.

Special thanks must go to our Quizmaster Steve for all his hard work in preparing the quiz and to everyone else who worked hard to prepare for the evening.    Thank you to all of you who donated raffle and auction prizes and a big thank you also to Stephen for his generous donation of the hall hire.  Thanks to Eve for the nibbles and thanks to Spencer, our Coordinator, for coming up with the idea in the first place.

Thanks to Ollie in the bar for helping us to set up the hall and for keeping everything jogging along nicely during the evening.

I am sure this is going to be an annual event, so we look forward to seeing you all next year.
