An ambitious plan to create two new cycle superhighways across London has been approved by the TfL board this morning (4/2/2015).

In 2012, the Mayor promised LCC supporters that he would deliver new cycle superhighways to best continental standards following our Love London, Go Dutch campaign. Earlier today, the final plans for the East-West and North-South Cycle Superhighways were approved, with work due to start next month.

Thanks to the support of members the LCC was able to send a loud and clear message that London needs these cycle superhighways, so cyclists of all ages and abilities can feel safe.
